    So you know how if you’re close enough it will show the names of things and people around you?, is there a way to show peoples names who are even further away on the map or is this limited?

    3D Radar application can only show data that is directly available in the game client. It doesn’t use any server hacks or code injections to extend the natural distance limit of the game.

    So to answer your question, no, it’s not possible.
    3D Radar already uses the maximum available limit.
