    I get this error :
    DEBUG: Name is ambiguous. Count = 3. GatherRotation: ‘Ephemeral-i’

    I cam see where the duplicate lines are (at the grey grid near the start button), but I have no clue how to delete the multiple ones.

    Its not a grid its a gathering rotation. On gathering tab theres a ... button next to the rotation select box. It opens the rotations designer where you can make any adjustments you need.
