I find that sometimes when I close out of the Miqobot application that it’ll still be running in Task Manager and using up as much memory as it was when I had the application running. It doesn’t happen all the time, but probably 50% of the time after I close out of the application.
Yesterday, it even put my screen in Navigator editor mode after I closed out of the application and I had no way of taking it off except through the Task Manager and ending the process. Any way to resolve this on the user-side or does this need to be patched?
Would you please give us more information about your issue?
- Do you run Miqobot as administrator?
- Is there an antivirus software installed on your computer?
- Have you tried disabling your antivirus software when running Miqobot?
- Have you ever experienced this behaviour with any other applications?
This issue has never been reported before.
Miqobot has no post-termination processes. The deactivation of GUI window is the final action to perform. Therefore we assume that your issue is caused by a third-party application.If you have any other information which could be useful for investigation, please let us know.
