    Sent in a ticket for this but figured I’d post a topic as well. Getting an issue where Miqo says

    
    (10:13:24 PM) Searching for catnip with your license code...
    (10:13:24 PM) Emergency! Couldn't recognize catnip format!
    

    When I enter in my valid license file. I double checked that it was current and it is valid thru the end of November.

    When the file is created it’s encrypted in a way that’s tied to that computer. Delete it and re-enter the code you received in your email from Miqobot into the program and save it.

    This issue is not related to encrypted license files.

    Emergency! Couldn’t recognize catnip format!
