    Since miqobot is capable of finding your current level, is it possible to have a chapter or scenario repeat until a certain level? For example being able to detect when you’re level 75 to switch from Holminster to Qitana would be pretty helpful.

    Theres no such function atm but you can calculate how many runs you need with the exp table: https://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Experience_Points/Chart
    Though its not a good idea to leave Miqo unattended for a long time. So if you come back in a few hours to check on her and switch the dungeon manually it would be better.
