HQ skills for Botanist Not working

Hey guys. I keep trying to use the Leaf turn Skill, its on the list below mining one, box syymbol with leaf. However never works as error codes come up. The Mining HQ works but not the BOT, can I fix this? or is it inbuilt into the bot

What are the error codes exactly? If you put skills from both classes on the same hotbar Miqo will get confused. How does it look in your setup?

Yeah figured it out. To use the HQ skills in MIQ bot you have to complete level 60 quest. For some reason MIQ bot uses Prune instead of Leaf. Would be good to change it so that those leveling prior to 60 can use HQ ability

You unlock Prune 1 and 2 which is bot skill at 60 quests and Leaf 1 and 2 which do exactly same thing at 15 and 35 levels

Actually they are not the same. Prune is HQ for one hit, Leaf Turn is HQ for all hits in a single node. They do different things and can also stack. So make sure you select the correct skills in Miqo.
