    High recommend to implement [run scenario] function in scenario engine.

    So that we can design some modules in scenrio and run them in need in an arrnaged scenario.

    Like I want to run some squadrons first, then go to gather in diadem.

    At least please allow to re-order the chapters to allow us to edit.
