Curious if the lvl 80 dungeon you can use Miqo to run for you also worked for the tank mounts?

No, running any dungeon with a party of Trust NPCs does not give progress towards tank mount achievement.
In order to make it possible, we would have to implement one of the 61+ dungeons for Unsynced farming, like we did with Garuda Extreme.

Best solution for now is make a party finder for Deltascape v3 undersized, fill with 8 tanks. Turn on combat assist. Enjoy. Watch out for frog 🙂
