I tried searching the forums for something similar but I think I might not be searching with the right words. I wanted to control the use of Aetherpact and Bio/Miasma while also knowing how long the CD was without making a macro with an Echo. Miqo won’t use Enkindle, Energy Drain or Energy Siphon until Aetherpact is on CD even though it’s on an ignored hotbar. It’s really strange. Does anyone have a solution? For now I am using them manually or sometimes I just drag aetherpact back into a usable hotbar and then drag it back off.
Sorry I forgot to specify that she only doesn’t use those skills because Aetherpact is on an ignored bar. All my skills have assigned keys.

Oh are you saying the ignored hotbar also has to have assigned keys?
Edit: Nope I tried to add assigned keys to the ignored hotbars and she still doesn’t use Enkindle, Energy Siphon or Energy Drain if Aetherpact is not on CD.
Here you can assign to switch to the different hotbars.
So the bot can switch to the different hotbars. Then the bot can reach all icon you have on the hotbars. I use alt+shift+f1-f10 keys to switch to different hotbars. the main hotbar with the number 1 can be changed to every other hotbar and use then the same key you assign to the first hotbar. Sorry for my bad english.

Unfortunately that did not fix my issue.
Again I would like to clarify that Miqo has been clicking all the skills on my hotbars properly. The issue only arises when I move the skill Aetherpact to an ignored hotbar.
She has no problems using all available skills until I move the skill into the ignored hotbar. She won’t use Aetherpact exactly as I want but she will also stop using other skills for no clear reason. My assumption is that she can “see” Aetherpact is still up and wants to press it but cannot because it’s on an ignored hotbar. It seems like she prioritizes wanting Aetherpact on CD before using Energy Drain/Siphon or Enkindle.

We have managed to reproduce your issue based on this description.Indeed, there is a bug that prevents certain Summoner abilities from being triggered under these conditions. Your assumption is correct. The algorithm of SMN rotation identifies Aetherpact as ready for activation and prioritizes it before everything else.
Unfortunately this issue does not have an easy fix, because the logic is rooted deeply in the rotation algorithm. At the moment Summoner oGCD abilities are not compatible with Ignore Hotbar feature.We will reimplement the algorithm in the next version.
Until then there are only two workarounds:- Hide Aetherpact behind a macro with a different icon. In this case you will not be able to see the coooldown.
- Place Aetherpact on a Cross Hotbar. In this case you will be able to see the cooldown, but there will be additional transparent artifacts on the screen from Cross Hotbar itself.
