    It’d be really nice if this could be automated or someone could tell me how I can use miqobot to do so, I didn’t see a way in the manual or help forum.

    Yes, this feature is already accepted 🙂
    Training chocobos is a custom NPC interaction that will be possible with the release of Scenario Engine.
