ive noticed miqobot tends not to activate devilment is this intended or do i possibly have to change some setting to allow it to activate it?

Devilment is classified as buff.
If you wish for Miqobot to use it, please activate “Heals and buffs” setting.

i see that option also “allows management of resources outside of battle” what all does that allow it to do outside of battle?

It refills job gauges like MNK opening chakras, NIN casting Huton, etc.

i read somewhere you can lock a hotbar so miqo cant use it in assist mode. how to do that?
i need to stop miqo from using peloton and tank invulns randomly
