    I was wondering if there was a way to set the bot up to desynth the stacks of fish I get from fishing in diadem or is it something not able to be done yet? Thank you in advance any who respond.

    Yes, there is.

    Just go to the Crafting -> Desynthesis tab, make a new list, where you put in the names of the fish you want to desynth and finally add the following lines to your scenario:

    selectDesynthesisList( NAME OF YOUR DESYNTHESIS PRESET )
    startDesynthesis()
