Crystal and Cluster Farming Scenarios

I’ve developed a 4 pack of scenarios designed for hands off large scale farming of all 6 elemental crystals and clusters. They use collectable gathering and aetherial reduction to get the job done.

MIN: Radiant Astral Moraine – Water
MIN: Radiant Lightning/Fire Moraine – Lightning & Fire
BTN: Wild Sage & Humic Soil – Wind & Earth
BTN: Lover’s Laurel – Ice

You will need Aetherial Reduction, Repair, and Lay of the Land/Arbor Call on your hotbars. Reduction is done after every 4 hr section and it does take a “break” during the 4 hr gap where no nodes are up for that type (MIN it’s at 12AM, BTN at 12PM). During the start of that time frame is when it will do repairs. It does do aetherial reduction after teleporting to each new zone.

The MIN grids are split in 2 because Coerthas Western Highlands needed beacons which was causing additional errors in the other zones (though they were working). BTN didn’t need any such split.

Cordials are not set to be used and I’ve been getting good returns regardless. If you wish to use them, please check “Use Cordials” in the 4 gathering presets.

One small modification to fix an issue. I removed one path on the Wild Sage/Humic Soil grid around the aetheryte at Ok’ Zundu, as it was possible to get stuck in the middle of the aetheryte.

Nothing else has been changed. If you already have the prior version, you can simply delete that one grid and add my new one which I’m attaching as well.

does this occasionally reduce down into duskborne aethersand by chance? im in the market for a duskborne aethersand scenario that is updated to current nodes

You could change what item you’re gathering and use the scenario the same. They are aetherial manipulated from different items on the same nodes (Fire/Lightning Moraine instead of Radiant Fire/Lightning Moraine).

I don’t get off the mount in front of the node. What’s wrong?
All the scenarios are the same.

Would you say this is the most efficient in farming shards/clusters at the moment?

Thanks to @sirvg for this, I made a modified version which encompasses all of the crystals at each node and switches element. It may not be 100% optimized but it should be better it also adds a cordial consumption to rotation.

my yields seem to be lower in past few days, I was thinking its my gear since I’ve leveled up a lot from when I first started. is there an issue with the high gp rotation?

it was a compass issue, I didn’t have call I on my bar just II.
im experimenting with dropping the last scrutiny from the 700gp rotation to see if it makes a difference. again, using level 90 gear so the stats are a little higher.

I’ve used this for Crystal and Cluster farm, but now it’s serving another purpose.
We’re prepping rank III FC actions for DT and this makes getting the aethersand so easy by changing which items to gather at the same spots. Thank you so much for this! 😀
