    I’ve tried setting keybind but nothing seems to solve this issue . miqo is unuable to use any ability the chocobo acquires through the race and instead the game keeps flashing “Cannot Excute at this time ” .

    Your pet hotbar is misplaced. Its bugged and disappear in chocoracing if you dont make game settings right.
    System – Character Config – Hotbar Settings – Pet Hotbar. Try this.
