    Which is better mgp the races or the minigames?

    Truly it’s according to how good your Chocobo is, and if you make your own set of points. If you have a rank 9 maxed out Chocobo you could probably farm some decent MGP. Less than that and you’d be much better off just doing the tree chopping or mining.

    Minigames are better. Even with R300 bird you lose time to leave and requeue the race which lowers the MGP rate. Out on a Limb is 600+ MGP per minute on titan. Top tier chocobo racing is around 400+.

    You can also just run each for the same amount of time and compare.

    Like Lyfox said, Minigames are best, hands down. I’ve bred a perfect racing chocobo with absolutely peak level stats for a super sprint build, and it’s still more efficient to let Miqo grind out on a limb.

    I agree that minimages are the best. But I also do chocobo racing when I don’t want to go to gold saucer and farm MGP anywhere I want. I don’t spend hours to farm MGP though, only 2 hours using gold saucer VIP card.
