or auto stealth is much intelligent in knowing when to stealth when detected an aggro monster?
Exactly this. It will constantly scan the area and stealth in-out based on distance to aggro. But it can not predict extreme cases like a fate spawning on your head or if you perform a long collectable rotation and a monster comes nearby. Thats when you switch to manual waypoint stealth.
Also check advanced settings (the “+” button). You can adjust distance for auto stealth there.
