    Hi there!

    I introduced Miqobot to one of my friends, and he has been using it for about half a year by now. The only issue: Rather than renewing his key, he gets a new key every time. Is that bad? Should I tell him to write an e-mail to the support team to delete the keys and renew them instead?

    I had this exact same problem. What I was doing was just buying a new 1 month pass every time instead of renewing a previous key.

    This is actually an interesting question, since I have always renewed my key using the email associated with it and have never had any issue in doing so…

    Technically there is no difference.
    A new key must be entered in Miqobot manually while a renewed key is loaded automatically.

    Please choose whichever method is more convenient for you.
