“Old presets backed up to: C:\Users\Bthel\AppData\Local\Temp\miqobot\presets000.miqo”
Is the prompt i get whenever I save my settings. I made a previous post that was never resolved, I’ve tried moving my Miqobot to a different folder but for some reason it keeps saving all my presets to a temp file so whenever I close the app it just deletes all my presets and macros that I created in that instance. What is going on? Why won’t it save to a file that i direct it to?
This is known as a backup feature, and you can read about it in our help section: Backups
Regarding your original issue, our Tech Support sent you an email with instructions how to gather additional data for investigation a few weeks ago but we have never received a response. An explanation regarding backups was in that email as well.
