What is the main metric used to determine the most optimal route? i.e. Quality increase per CP, number of steps, etc…
In addition, are the formulae for progress/quality increase public or no? I’ve taken a look through Teamcraft’s simulator source code but am unsure how accurate the formulae are (I’ve had some situations using that simulator where the numbers are slightly off).

This is purely for my own curiosity as an avid crafter 🙂

I don’t know about the details, but from what I know:
    – Miqobot uses multi-dimensional solution maps to calculate the most effective crafting route (not the most efficient)
    – Miqobot calculates every recipe at the premise that its maximum quality is unlimited, and only stops being concerned about quality once it actually hits max in-game

That’s why Miqobot can HQ craft pretty much any recipe at any level with the minimum amount of stats required for it to be possible to be made HQ without any HQ mats in the first place
