It appears that you restarted Miqobot too fast, which resulted in two instances running at the same time.
Please note that when you close Miqobot, she needs a few seconds to save your presets and unload herself from memory.
If you start a second instance immediately, it will see the first instance is still in memory and enable Multibox Support. In this mode, Miqobot will ignore catnip.license file and look for catnip.license2 instead. That is the reason you saw this message.
