Hi all.. Need some advise on keybinding.
I am struggling to come up with keybind combination for at least 7 hotbars & system keybinds. I’ve used Ctrl, Shift, Alt (and combination of all 3) for most of it but it feels messy and it’s awkward to play with those keybind manually. Any tips and recommendation?
We would recommend to follow the advice posted in our Keybinds and Icons Recognition guide.
An icon can be reachable in two ways:
- Either by assigning a shortcut directly.
- Or by switching to another hotbar and pressing that icon like it was on first hotbar.
In order to be able to do it the second way, Miqobot will have to use Switch-To actions. By default, the game assigns Shift‑(number) shortcuts to each of them. If you have remapped Shift‑(number) to something else, please make sure that you put something there in return.
This way, you will need only 10 keybinds for the first hotbar and 10 additional keybinds for Switch-To actions, which will allow Miqobot to reach any icon on any hotbar.
You can find these actions under Keybind -> System -> Switch to Hotbar.
