    ok, please confirm for me… when purchasing a license key, is it for one month or one week?
    I puchased mine 8 days ago and now Im getting informed it has expired – both in app and on the renew button.

    Miqobot subscription is purchased for one month. However, your license was refunded.
    We haven’t received any additional transactions from your account and you haven’t notified us of your intention to purchase Miqobot again.
