Thank you for the quick response and effective action.
The diagnostics build behaves as follows.
When High-Contrast mode is enabled, the output window now correctly adapts to Windows’ own background and text color. https://vgy.me/YA1beM.png. When High-Contrast mode is disabled, the output window also adapts the correct color. When High-Contrast mode is enabled / disabled when the application is running, the output window does not change background or text color, but keeps its readability. Functionality-wise, I could not see any difference from the public build.
In short, everything works as expected.
