It takes pretty extreme carelessness to get banned with Miqo. SE doesn’t detect it so they rely 100% on reports from players. And a single report probably wouldn’t move the needle so you’d be fine. You would need to be doing something needlessly repetitive 24 hours/day and get noticed by large groups of people who all report you. At that point most likely you would get a whisper from a GM. If you are actively there at the PC you could talk your way out of anything just fine… If not you almost certainly would receive a suspension for a few days or weeks. Get caught out a few times like that and you’ll find yourself banned.
I’m certain its happened to people before but with the scenario builder you can literally change tasks every hour or two automatically to throw off any players noticing, and add in AFK times so you look like you head off to eat or drink, etc.
Taking reasonable precautions and/or staying at your PC while the program runs is enough to keep you safe in almost any situation!
