Since Shadowbringers the rotation for ephemerals drastically changed due to the fact that you can reach over 800/850 GP. The most yielding rotation is based on Instinctual Appraisal which need manual adaption in nearly every step. My questions would be if Miqo is able to read the actual Rarity while using a rotation and if there are plans to add a feature which allows us to tell

No, it doesn’t. The simple “UC > InA > SM > InA > SM > InA > SM > InA” works like a charm; you don’t need ilvl460 facet gear to use it, you don’t even need pentamelds on ilvl430 gear – just meld some GP materia to reach 800 GP, and you are all set.
However, Stickler in the end helps sometimes, yes (even though chances that you will need it because of being unlucky with all FOUR InA’s are quite slim).
