    Do you have to be a DPS to use the squadrons feature? Is it possible to go in as a tank/healer?

    You can go as any job. Just make sure to fill in any missing roles with your squadrons.
    If youre tank pick a healer and two dps.
    If youre healer pick a tank and two dps.
