    I tried to pay for another month but Miqo is not processing my payment.
    I know for sure that I have the cash readily available but ive tried a few times now and Miqo is refusing to process the payment I am trying to make to renew my Sub.

    Anyone having the same issue?

    I’ve even tried to buy a complete new license also, still refuses to process the payment.

    Miqo Support checked their end and apparently there’s nothing wrong their end with PayPal, so they said it must be my end. I’ve checked PayPal to make sure I haven’t blocked ‘Fario LLC’ by mistake and I havent. Out of curiosity, i’m using Barclays to make paypal payments for Miqo, are you using Barclays too ? I have a wierd suspicion that Barclays might have put a block on ANY payments going to the Fario LLC account as they are located in a warzone atm. Maybe Barclays is now flagging the company as suspicious. I’m going to have to ring Barclay’s and find out what’s going on.

    No I’m not using that, but Desjardins. I don’t know why, never had any issues in the past.

    I just tried another card, and it worked. So maybe they got blocked yeah

    SO I called Barclays to check there ain’t no block on my end and there absolutely isn’t any type of block put on my card, all payments are working as should be. Miqobot’s system has flagged my card for some reason and blocked it their end.

    After all these years.. i’m feeling really disappointed in the lack of help i’ve had with this issue from them. I don’t have any other card to use, and quite frankly I find it odd that something i’ve been paying for on my same card since 2019 nearly every month is now wanting access to yet a different card, its very suspicious to me.

    Many people have had this same issues, looking through the forum here, and none has ever been given a satisfactory explanation why it’s happened. So thanks Miqo, unfortunately you’ve now lost 1 user because I don’t have any other cards and you won’t even look into it your end to solve the problem, just some excuse “it’s not our end, must be your end” NO! its in fact an issue your end.

    Sorry for the rant but i’m really annoyed at this outcome after all these years using Miqo.

    Just renewed, it got through without issues. Never seen this problem before tbh.

    I got an email through today from the miqo devs, they’ve given me a lot more info that could be useful to Paypal/Barclays in further tracking the problem, it seems it might well NOT be their end, to me its more than likely PayPal with the issue as Barclays checked already their end.
    .
    I was going to contact Paypal today but thought.. let me try one more time to pay.. so loads up Miqo and weirdly, it found the game, and I have until 26th November activation..?? NO idea wth is going on ?? but well, if its working now, its working, i’m not gonna moan.. LOL!
    .
    Seems to have fixed itself after a few days !!
