I made fishing scenario with a fishing preset containing patience 2.
Usually it works perfect, but every 3-4 uses of patience 2 it doesnt reapply for about 1-2min, even if GP are full (900GP+),Is that normal behavior, a bug or am i just missing something?

Miqo doesnt use any skills immediately from the start. She needs a confirmation that its possible to fish at this spot by casting the rod and seeing that it works. She will use patience 2 and everything else after hooking at least once.
From what i remember the game will punish you if you dont do it this way. If you reached the time limit at the current spot (‘The fish sense something amiss’) the game will waste your GP but wont allow you to fish anyway. So the logic Miqo follows seems quite reasonable.
