Basically running around in zones collecting 20 things for this level or 80 things for that level etc all the way up for the achivements on miner/botanist. or something that goes around collecting everything? probably a pretty hefty grid but wondering if anyones put together a compilation of sorts to do that? thanks
While im here, are grids out yet for the leveling dungeons for endwalker? searched forums but couldnt find anything

There are grids for almost every item in the game. You can select the grids you want to use and grind with them. Set the gather amount to match your target achievement and run it. There are currently, as far as I know, no g rids that will run each grid in sequence to get all of the achievements on its own.
No endwalker dungeons are supported yet. This is discussed in the roadmap post. You can use ShB trusts for now, they should work well enough to level with.
