5.3 is coming, do you guys think that for the season 2 rankings they will use a different expert recipe?

They will, that has already been confirmed, but it won’t change until 5.31.

All the recipes and items gathered will be completely different. Whether nodes will change and thus our old scenarios, navigational maps, and presets will be invalid is something we won’t see for a few weeks yet.

OFC they will, lol they already did it with the previous iteration of ishgard, no reason why they wont do it again.

Of course they will.
However, in case they don’t change how expert recipes work (i.e. they don’t include any new conditions and the new ones work the same as the old ones), Miqobot should be able to do the new recipes just fine, once the bot is fixed for the new patch, which can potentially take longer than the ranking season is running, like with every major ffxiv patch.
